Learn Mode — draft policies from observed traffic
With learn mode enabled, the gate records every call it denied for having no matching policy. From those observations it drafts candidate rules: allow lists for low-cardinality string fields, bounds for numerics, and required fields seen in every call. The gate stays fail-closed the whole time — learning never authorises traffic. Review the draft, copy it into the policy editor, adjust, then Save & Deploy.
